Meet The Founder
For me, fitness has always played a significant role in my life, and I owe much of that to my grandpa, Uboh. When I was just 9, I vividly remember one early morning when I accompanied him to his farm to check the traps he had set for bush animals. He rode an expensive white bicycle, the only one of its kind in the village, and on our way back, he told me, “you have to run behind me as I ride.” I ended up running the entire 10 kilometers from the farm to home, feeling the rush of sweat and my heart pounding for the first time.
When we arrived, my grandpa lifted me up, proclaiming: "The spirit of our ancestors is strong in you! You are strong, just like them, and you will continue to live in strength." that powerful moment was the start of my self-discovery, leading me to track and field, and more importantly, shaping how I view and approach life.
Strength gave me purpose and motivation. From then on, I trained harder, feeling my body grow stronger each day. Regular and often intense challenges have moulded both my mind and body into what they are today. I now find myself among the strongest 10% in the world, maintaining a solid amount of lean muscle and strength for over 20 years.
That passion and experiences is what I bring to help leaders and entrepreneurs be mentally and physically strong to face personal and professional challenges with a new attitude and a healthier, stronger body.
